I can see how tagging can be useful for someone who has the time to do this. However, when I tryed to access the tutorial at several different times it was unavailable. Therefore, bookmarking can help customers see quickly a relationship between data and a final answer.
It can help the library to be a more friendly user place.

I happen to like the name Rollyo. It gave me incentive to name my search engine the Roxyrollio! I have now added 3 sites I happen to use often related to news, national weather and travel.
